He’s been round the clock-face more than most recruiters – meaning he’s experienced the industry from numerous different angles; namely contingency recruiter, agency manager/director/owner, Inhouse recruiter, employer branding, retrained specialist and more recently, trainer.

His current obsession is teaching recruiters how to sell their jobs and engage with their target candidates more effectively.

In an age where most activities take place online, he’s convinced that learning how to produce written content that people will want to read is fast becoming the new frontier that will define the next generation of successful recruiters and recruitment teams.
