Mark has been in the recruitment space for 15 years. Mark fell into recruitment, and before long, was blending his home grown tech skills with recruitment. Mark transitioned to internal recruitment in 2011 and has not looked back. Sourcing candidates via user groups, online forums, meetups was his bread and butter. Moving into an internal team, Mark leveraged his extensive network and social media profiles to drive engagement with candidates. These days, Mark leads a team of recruiters at Servian, an Aussie born technology consultancy which has doubled in size over the past 12 months. Mark will be discussing his tech stack, his sourcing challenges, and how he has been able to use the Google suite of tools, Google Cloud, and BigQuery to identify top talent.
